• All our products are sealed and packaged to ensure purity, effectiveness, and safety.
• We do not accept returns once the product is delivered, as we cannot resell or reuse any opened or used personal care item.
• Orders, once placed and paid for, cannot be cancelled or modified.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at the contact details below. We will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be provided.
