Payments are accepted through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway partner.
All prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Zutara Ayurveda is not responsible for any failed or incomplete transactions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within the estimated timeline shown at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and logistics provider.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Zutara Ayurveda.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Zutara Ayurveda follows a strict No Cancellation and No Refund policy.

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or modified.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including order delays or change of mind.
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may offer a resolution such as reshipment at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be processed.

Zutara Ayurveda shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.
